- 1.5 cups Heavy Cream
- 0.33 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Unflavored Gelatin
- 2 tablespoons Water

Instructions
Wash and hull the strawberries, then blend them with the sugar and lemon juice until smooth.

Sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it soften.
