Creamy Avocado Pasta
A quick and creamy pasta tossed with a silky avocado, basil, garlic and lemon sauce for a fresh plant-forward meal.

Creamy Avocado Pasta is a quick and flavorful main course that turns ripe avocado into a silky sauce without using heavy cream. Fresh basil, garlic and lemon juice brighten the rich avocado, while a little olive oil and pasta water help create a smooth coating for every strand of pasta. This recipe is ideal for busy lunches or weeknight dinners because the sauce comes together while the pasta cooks. For the freshest color and flavor, blend the avocado sauce just before tossing it with the hot pasta and serve immediately.
