Orange Cabbage Slaw
A crisp colorful slaw made with cabbage, fresh orange segments, carrots and a light citrus-honey dressing.

Orange Cabbage Slaw is a crisp and refreshing side dish that combines crunchy green and red cabbage with juicy orange segments and shredded carrot. A light dressing made from orange juice, apple cider vinegar, honey and olive oil gives the slaw a sweet-tangy finish without making it heavy. It pairs especially well with grilled foods, sandwiches, wraps and picnic meals. For maximum crunch, keep the vegetables chilled and toss them with the dressing shortly before serving.
