Date Walnut Energy Balls

Date walnut energy balls are a quick and satisfying no-bake snack made with naturally sweet dates, crunchy walnuts and hearty oats. The dates provide a soft, caramel-like base that helps bind the mixture together without refined sugar, while walnuts add richness and texture. Cocoa and coconut give the energy balls extra flavor and make them ideal for lunchboxes, afternoon snacks or a quick bite before activity. For the best texture, use soft pitted dates. If the dates are firm, soak them briefly in warm water and drain them well before blending.
