Almond Rose Milk

Almond Rose Milk is a cooling and aromatic beverage combining the richness of almonds with floral rose water and warm cardamom. Blanched almonds are blended into a smooth paste and simmered briefly with milk and sugar before the rose water is added. The drink is especially refreshing when served well chilled and makes a beautiful addition to festive meals or warm-weather gatherings. For the smoothest texture, soak the almonds before peeling and blending them, and add rose water only after the milk has cooled slightly to preserve its delicate aroma.
