Potato Samosa
Crispy Indian pastries filled with spiced potatoes, peas and aromatic seasonings for a classic savory appetizer.

Potato Samosa is a classic Indian appetizer featuring a crisp, flaky pastry shell filled with warmly spiced potatoes and peas. Cumin, coriander, garam masala and ginger create the familiar savory aroma, while a little lemon juice brightens the filling. Samosas are commonly enjoyed with mint chutney, tamarind chutney or tea and are especially popular at celebrations and family gatherings. For a crisp pastry, keep the dough firm rather than soft and fry the samosas over medium-low heat so the shell cooks evenly and develops a flaky golden texture without browning too quickly.
