Potato Cheese Balls
Crispy potato balls filled with gooey melted cheese and seasoned with herbs and spices for an irresistible appetizer.

Potato Cheese Balls are a crispy, crowd-pleasing appetizer with a soft seasoned potato exterior and a gooey melted cheese center. Mashed potatoes are combined with herbs and spices, wrapped around cubes of cheese and coated with breadcrumbs before frying until golden. They are ideal for parties, evening snacks or family gatherings and pair beautifully with tomato sauce or a creamy dip. For the best results, use cooled mashed potatoes so the mixture is easy to shape, and seal the cheese completely inside each ball to prevent it from leaking during cooking.
