Potato Bread Rolls
Crispy bread rolls filled with a flavorful spiced potato mixture for a satisfying Indian-style snack.

Potato Bread Rolls are crispy Indian-style snacks made by wrapping a seasoned mashed potato filling inside softened bread slices. The rolls are fried until golden outside while the center stays soft and flavorful. Green chili, cilantro, cumin and garam masala give the filling its characteristic savory taste. They are excellent with ketchup, mint chutney or tamarind sauce. Squeezing excess water from the softened bread before wrapping helps the rolls seal properly and prevents them from absorbing too much oil.
