Masala Potato Chips
Thin and crispy potato chips tossed with chili, cumin and tangy chaat masala for a bold Indian-inspired snack.

Masala Potato Chips are a crunchy homemade snack with the familiar comfort of potato chips and the bold flavor of Indian spices. Thin potato slices are fried until crisp and tossed immediately with chili powder, roasted cumin and tangy chaat masala. They are perfect for tea time, parties or movie nights. Uniformly thin slices are important for even cooking, and soaking the potatoes in cold water helps remove starch so the chips become lighter and crispier.
